ServiceNow SME

Our client is searching for a ServiceNow SME to join their team. This role will be responsible for guiding the implementation of the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solution, ensuring successful deployment and optimizing asset management processes. A successful candidate will have a deep expertise in ServiceNow HAM and a strong understanding of IT asset management best practices.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Spearhead the implementation of a ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solution, including planning, design, configuration, testing and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective HAM solutions
• Contribute to detailed solution designs and implementation plans, leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities to meet business needs
• Configure and customize ServiceNow HAM modules to align with organizational requirements and best practices
• As required, integrate ServiceNow HAM with other IT systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
• Contribute to the creation of training and support material for end-users and stakeholders on the implemented HAM solutions and processes
• Drive the thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HAM implementation framework
  
  

Your strengths include:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) implementation SME in a similar role is required
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management Certification is preferred
• Familiarity with the Microsoft platforms, particularly Office, SharePoint and Teams
• Strong organizational skills and diligence to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks
• Ability to understand and communicate key concepts
• 2 year post-secondary diploma or a 4 year post-secondary degree in IT or Computer Science related field is preferred
• 10+ years of experience working on project teams and/or large-scale IT transformation projects
• ITIL Certification will be considered an asset
