Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor located in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading shifts, deploying partners, and monitoring the store's performance during the shift. They will provide customer service, support partners in providing high-quality beverages and products, and foster a positive team environment. The Shift Supervisor will also handle operational duties, such as inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Leadership skills
• Experience in inventory management and cash handling
• Ability to create a positive team environment and motivate partners
• Time management and organizational skills
• Experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
