Position Summary
Responsible for the managing and tracking of inventory, ordering, receiving and issuing of parts and supplies for the repair shop. Work with the supplying vendors to achieve realistic delivery times and contribute to efficiency and downtime for our fleet. Coordinate and prioritize vehicle repair and maintenance requests, maintain detailed records of units and parts used an in inventory on and off site.
Location: Winnipeg, MB,
Schedule: 40 hours Monday to Friday

What You Will Do
- First point of contact for drivers and customers.
- Deal with driver breakdowns on road.
- Process and track purchase orders and changes for venders.
- Compile inventory information such as consumption rate, characteristics, value, and stock on hand to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
- Inquire with claims in regards to damages, following up with operations managers to have driver fill out reports.
- Inputs data and generates audit reports.
- 6 months experience in administration/ service parts.
- High school diploma.
- Experience in trucking industry would be an asset.
