What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of sprinkler system projects: new construction, TI's, design, service, and permitting
- Oversee quoting, sales, deficiencies, and service work
- Collaborate with project coordinators and clients on status updates and technical details
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and change orders
- Mentor and train field teams and Journeymen Sprinkler Fitters
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and quality standards
- Experience in sprinkler system project management and site supervision
- Strong understanding of building codes, blueprints, permitting, and AHJ requirements
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and multitask under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean abstract
