As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our Salesforce platform, helping to ensure data integrity, user satisfaction, and alignment with business needs. With a focus on configuration, data management, and platform support, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping optimize Salesforce processes and adoption across multiple departments.
Working closely with the Salesforce Development team, you will assist in delivering scalable solutions, support complex troubleshooting efforts, and ensure the overall health of the platform. You will collaborate with the development and release teams to facilitate enhancements and deployments. The role also supports the day-to-day operations for 400+ users, with a focus on user management, bulk data operations, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Support & Maintenance
- Perform day-to-day administration including user setup, role and profile management, and permissions
- Conduct proactive system maintenance: health checks, release readiness, security reviews
- Support incident and request intake, perform root cause analysis, escalate as needed
- Manage data imports/exports using tools like Data Loader and Salesforce Inspector
- Perform bulk data updates, deduplication, and cleansing
- Assist with document and file management within Salesforce
- Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements to support application enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Salesforce Development team to support delivery of new features and enhancements
- Assist with UAT, testing coordination, system demos, and sandbox validation
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes via configuration or automation
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations
- Provide support and mentoring to other administrators and end users
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification required
- Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or App Builder certifications are considered assets
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, automation tools, and data model
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce Inspector, and Data Loader
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and working in a Scrum/Agile environment
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including working with cross-functional teams
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for user support and data integrity
- Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry is an asset
