Overall Responsibilities
As a Strategic Partner Manager for our client in their Scaled Partnerships team, you’ll work at scale with some of the most vibrant and innovative creators on the platform in Canada. You will manage day-to-day operations with partners, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests and analyzing data to proactively identify opportunities to grow your partners’ businesses on the platform. You will also work on initiatives to grow and support the entire Canadian creator ecosystem. This dynamic, cross-functional role empowers you to be both a strategic and operational powerhouse.

You will manage day-to-day operations with partners, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests and analyzing data to proactively identify opportunities to grow your partners’ businesses on the platform. You will also work on initiatives to grow and support the entire Canadian creator ecosystem. This dynamic, cross-functional role empowers you to be both a strategic and operational powerhouse.
Core Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with platform creators in Canada at scale.
- Share platform best practices and platform insights as well as advising on new features, monetization opportunities and policy updates.
- Drive product adoption and optimization by creators, supporting them to grow their viewership and revenue as well as strengthen their community.
- Project manage initiatives to grow creators, including workshops, events and other scaled initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams, across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Government Affairs and Communications to bring the right solutions to key partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of account management, customer service, sales, or other relevant experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation of small and large events, writing and delivery.
- Excellent planning, time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the media, music, entertainment or gaming industry, ideally including platform content creation and management.
- Knowledge and/or relationships with the creator and/or gaming ecosystems in Canada.
- Effective problem-solving skills and proven track record of proactively improving processes.
- Ability to analyze data to create insights that are actionable for clients/partners.
- Track record of achieving product adoption and growth goals for clients/partners at scale.
