Overview
This role is responsible for executing the Quaker Canada Supply Chain fines dispute process including validating return orders, gathering relevant backup and disputing fines. As new customer management platforms become available this role will be expected to become a SME in the new process.

- Creating and processing return orders in a timely fashion
- Collaborating with carriers and other 3PL service providers to collect backup for deductions
- Logging and tracking disputes with customers for erroneous fines
- Supporting our S&D team with insights into warehouse and transportation fines performance
- Work within our Data Analytics infrastructure to automate period-end and ad-hoc fines reporting
- University Degree in a technical domain
- Detail oriented
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic RPA knowledge
- Ability to learn systems quickly
- Strong collaboration skills
