As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and experienced VP Marketing to join our powerhouse leadership team. This is a key role in fueling our brand’s growth, boosting customer engagement, and expanding our market presence through bold strategies and collaboration with our amazing franchisees. Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for all restaurants, collaborating with the Director of Marketing. Ensure brand vision alignment across all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and business growth. Provide ongoing support for third-party aggregators.
- Lead research efforts to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. Adjust marketing strategies based on findings.
- Drive strategies for mobile marketing and customer loyalty programs to enhance retention and brand loyalty. Lead the marketing efforts for the App rollout.
- Oversee PR and media strategies, including digital and broadcast creative initiatives.
- Lead approval and rollout of all digital assets across all locations.
- Own the marketing department P&L, partnering with Finance to manage the operating budget and approve expenditures.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, and Franchise Development to ensure consistent marketing efforts.
- Conduct postmortem analysis to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- As assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-8 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the QSR/FSR industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative ideas and the ability to champion and implement them.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated success in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing.
- Experienced in adopting and optimizing marketing tech solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
