What You’ll Like About This Job

This field-based Welder’s Helper role in Northern BC supports pipeline construction welders on remote worksites. Responsibilities include grinding, material handling, equipment setup, and general site cleanup. Ideal for applicants with good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. Preference is given to local and Indigenous candidates, and the position follows a 15-on/6-off camp rotation.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to lift and move tools and materials
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Safety tickets as required by the project
• Willingness to live on-site in remote locations
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• 3+ months experience in construction or helper role
• Knowledge of pipeline construction
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
• Strong safety mindset and reliability on camp-based jobsites
