What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash/clean construction equipment when it returns from customer jobsites  
• Operate equipment and assist with the organization of the equipment in the yard
• Maintain clean physical facilities
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading equipment
• Check equipment for damage upon return, report damage and fill out service tags for all returned equipment. Tag and move broken equipment to repair area
• Offer a helping hand with your co-workers
• Assist with delivery of parts
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Experience operating or working around construction equipment would be an asset
• A forklift license or prior experience operating forklifts / other mobile equipment is an asset
• Valid Class G Driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points). You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request
• Self-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Comfortable with computers
• Must be able to lift up to approximately 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner
