Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Advanced Test Development Engineer to work on a contract basis. You will play a pivotal role in advancing the quality and reliability of aerospace products through innovative test engineering practices. You will lead the development and execution of sophisticated test plans and procedures to ensure aerospace solutions meet the highest standards of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of sophisticated test plans and procedures for aerospace products.

• Analyze detailed test requirements and design advanced automated test equipment (ATE) systems tailored to customer specifications.

• Create and implement comprehensive test strategies, including testing for monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs).

• Work directly with the engineering manager to validate product performance and safety.

• Contribute to safer and more efficient air travel by ensuring rigorous testing and validation of aerospace products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience designing and developing automated test equipment (ATE) systems.

• Knowledge of monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) testing methodologies.

• Ability to analyze detailed test requirements and translate them into executable test strategies.

• Familiarity with test engineering practices for aerospace products.

• Proficiency in test plan development and execution.
