Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team

We are currently seeking a 2-person Assistant Resident Manager Team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site and work 4 weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call evenings.

Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

Key Responsibilities

•  Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
•  Minor maintenance repairs
•  Preparing apartments for new residents
•  Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
•  Assisting with leasing suites
•  Responding to on-call requests
  
  

Requirements

•  Cleaning experience
•  Minor maintenance skills
•  Customer service skills
•  Ability to perform in a team environment
•  Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts
