Chef De Cuisine

We are looking for a dedicated Chef De Cuisine - Head Chef in Training who is excited to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate must be passionate and relentless in their pursuit of delivering perfect service and food to each guest and developing future leaders for their region and organization as a whole.

As a Chef De Cuisine, you will:

• Attend P&L meetings and communicate results to the Regional team
• Own the profitability of the store
• Write a competitive annual budget for flawless restaurant operations
• Utilize earls’ selection, development, and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience
• Own all back-of-house routines, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability
• Develop action plans with leadership teams to improve overall results
• Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan
  
  
  

What we need from you:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• A passion for food and a strong desire to pursue a career in culinary arts.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
