Are you a passionate insurance broker who thrives on providing exceptional client service? Our Client is looking for an energetic and experienced Commercial Client Service Broker to join our dynamic team serving New Hamburg, Elmira and Cambridge with a home office base in Kitchener. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients with their commercial insurance needs while growing your expertise. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to fill a current vacancy.

What You’ll Do


  • Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of commercial lines clients
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products, coverage and claims
  • Respond to client and insurance company inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Resolve client issues independently and effectively
  • Professionally represent clients and the brokerage to underwriters


What You’ll Bring


  • Valid RIBO License with minimum 2 years’ experience in a service broker role, preferably in a commercial lines environment
  • Post-secondary education within a relevant field, preferred
  • Industry designation or currently pursuing one (e.g. CAIB, CIP), considered an asset
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay professional with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services, considered an asset
