Who Are We Looking For
As a Contract Administrator, you bring technical proficiency and foundational knowledge of construction documentation, building science, construction methodologies, and building codes, to support projects throughout the construction phase. As a member of the Contract Administration Department and working closely with project teams, you will continue to build your contract administration skills while making meaningful contributions to the successful delivery of projects.
What You Will Do
The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

As a member of the Contract Administration Department and working closely with project teams, you will continue to build your contract administration skills while making meaningful contributions to the successful delivery of projects.
What You Will Do
- Prepare change documentation, including change directives, contemplated change orders, and site instructions.
- Review and respond to Request for Information (RFI’s)
- Review submittals including shop drawings, material samples, and product datasheets to ensure alignment with contract documents
- Identify and communicate potential issues and inconsistencies in drawings, specifications, contracts, and site conditions to the Project Manager, offering preliminary solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of building codes, by-laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
- Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture.
- 1- 3 years of progressively responsible roles within Architectural firms
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in our studio.
