Are you a stickler for great first impressions?

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Corporate Service Coordinator for our Edmonton branch to cover Lizette's role while she is away for a vacation, this role is responsible for administrative support to various teams, playing a key role in various committees, and a key contributor to making Long View a great place to work or visit.

A Day in the Life:

• Greeting staff and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and directing to appropriate contact
• Mail / courier processing and distribution
• Administrativesupport for various teams in the branch
• Co-chair the HSE Committee, complete internal audits and inspections
• Plan and execute engaging internal events, team-building activities, and company initiatives
• Coordinate all logistics for external client events
• Create branch communication including marketing materials for office and client events
• Source, evaluate, and secure optimal venues and meeting spaces for events
• Assist with new hire onboarding – including office organization, equipment setup, building tours, ID badge creation, etc.
• Meeting coordination including booking meeting rooms, catering orders, guest sign-in, hoteling station setups, etc.
• Manage Corporate Services phone and inbox, respond to inquiries, order gift cards, etc.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen and boardrooms throughout the day
• Vendor liaison for all office related maintenance including supplies, HSE items, custodial, etc.
• Order and maintain office and coffee supplies inventory
• Monthly credit card reconciliation and generating expense reports
• Update sales CLM, documentation reviews and filing, other sales coordinator related duties
  
  

What You Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in a coordinator or corporate services position
• Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting Assistant, or equivalent is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a focus on customer service and relationships
• Experience in event planning and coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM

$40,000 - $52,500 a year

Expected salary range between $40,000 to $52,500 per annum.
