Responsibilities:

• Operate drilling equipment and oversee daily drilling operations
• Lead and supervise rig crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-job meetings and participate in safety programs and inspections
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained according to company standards
• Complete required reports, logs, and operational documentation
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Driller is required.
• Valid and current safety certifications, including (H2S Alive, CSO, TDG, WHMIS, Standard First Aid Level C, Fall Protection, Rig Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, and First Line Well Control)
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Proven commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to lead a crew and make sound decisions under pressure.
