Essential Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment in accordance with project requirements
- Complete daily inspections and maintenance checks
- Support excavation, grading, material movement, and site preparation activities
- Work closely with crews, supervisors, and spotters
- Follow all safety procedures and project requirements
- Assist with additional duties as required
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in industrial, civil, or oil sands environments
- Ability to work safely around personnel and existing infrastructure
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and inspections
- Valid operator certifications considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
