Overview:

Join Xerox as a Bilingual Field Service Technician and become part of our growing Technical Services organization. In this customer-facing role, you will use your electromechanical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair customer equipment while helping maximize device availability and performance. Fluency in both English and French is required, along with eligibility to travel to the United States for technical training.

What You Will Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair customer equipment using electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Deliver responsive and professional service while helping customers maintain equipment availability
• Use diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, and interpret electrical schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Manage assigned service calls and territory responsibilities while meeting established productivity, response time, quality, and cost expectations
• Work independently in the field while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards
  
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Electromechanical troubleshooting experience, including experience using a multimeter and interpreting electrical schematics
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50 percent of the workday
• Ability to meet the stated U.S. travel documentation requirements for required training
