File Maintenance Clerk

We are looking for a File Maintenance Clerk who is passionate about food and enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment!

Position: File Clerk (Part-time)

What you’ll do:

• Accurately and efficiently manage all team member files
• Ensure quality customer service standards are met or exceeded
• Receiving termination files from stores
• Sorting and pulling files
• Filing documents
• Organizing previous year-s files and packaging for shipment to storage
• Lifting up to 30 pounds
• Liaison between File Maintenance at store and HR in Support Centre

What we are looking for:

• Proven organizational skills, including categorizing, alphabetizing and filing
• Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail
• Proven interpersonal skills and experience working effectively as a team member with minimal supervision
• Passion to work in the food industry
