About the Business Development Department
At UPS, our Business Development team is the driving force behind our growth. We partner with businesses of all sizes to deliver innovative logistics solutions, helping them succeed in an ever-changing global market. Our Inside Sales Associate acts as a trusted advisor - for growing UPS Small Package business within the small customer segment.
Job Summary
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate to grow UPS Brokerage for imports, exports, and partner solutions across healthcare, small package, and freight. This is a high-energy business development role with unlimited earning potential.
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent / Remote
Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)
Shift Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)
Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)
Location: Based in Canada
Wage Salary: $20.12 per hour

- Hunt for new clients and expand market share.
- Build strong relationships to grow revenue and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor navigating the world of logistics.
- Present creative, value-driven solutions to customers.
- Collaborate across teams and partners.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation after one year of service.

- Plus 1 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry – Required
- Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Office) and Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and market knowledge
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle | Class 5 License
- Availability to work flexible hours and provides own vehicle for business
- Bachelor's degree or International equivalent – Preferred
