- Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- A passion for cooking and creating consistently great dishes.
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Ability to work well with a team and support others.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment and staying organized under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.
