MANAGER - ENTERPRISE APPLICATION DELIVERY & SUPPORT

Location: Owen Sound, OntarioType: RemoteTroy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is currently looking for an experienced Manager - Enterprise Application Delivery & Support to join our team ! This role is responsible for leading the Application Support and ERP Administration teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, ERP program execution, and team performance.This posting is for a current vacancy. Our hiring team is actively recruiting for this role and will look to onboard following the selection of the successful candidate.Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Application Support and ERP Administration team members.
• Manage team performance, service standards, and delivery quality.
• Oversee application support operations, ticket triage, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Support the administration and enhancement of NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
• Prioritize and scope ERP and support requests while controlling scope creep.
• Co-manage the ERP roadmap, releases, and stakeholder communications.
• Act as the escalation point for complex ERP and application issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure system stability and efficient delivery.
• Maintain documentation, testing standards, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ERP administration, application support, IT program management, or a related field.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into effective solutions and support requests.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable cloud ERP platform.
• Knowledge of ERP change management, release coordination, testing, and support processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications/Assets:

• NetSuite certification
• Vendor management experience
• Bilingual (English/French)
• Experience working in a multi-branch, national services organization.
