Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Produce Quality products
• Meet hourly production quotas
• Document daily production
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.
  
  

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test

You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
