Your vibe and experience

• At least 2 years of proven management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work well with diverse teams
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
