Senior Beauty Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Chatters Durham Centre in Ajax, Ontario.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations
• Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy

• Bonus: Previous experience as a Keyholder in a retail environment
  

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
