About The Role
As a Senior Producer (temp), you will independently lead and oversee complex, high-volume digital production workstreams across global teams. You will manage the full lifecycle of campaign asset production—from briefing to delivery—while serving as the primary client-facing lead for one of our main tech clients. Our ideal candidate is a fast, flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities and has a natural aptitude for collaboration.

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
Salary Range$80,000—$90,000 CAD

About The Role
As a Senior Producer (temp), you will independently lead and oversee complex, high-volume digital production workstreams across global teams. Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of a high volume of mid-funnel and on-site assets, including static digital, DOOH, OOH, and OLVs, with the creative and production team at Monks.
- Establish project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to align with campaign goals and objectives.
- Build and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and budgets for timely and cost-effective delivery of creative assets.
- Partner closely with client teams to manage reviews, approvals, and brand compliance.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Lead production efforts to ensure timely and expectations-exceeding delivery.
- Bring in-house talent together and ensure high-quality work.
- Scope and quote projects, as well as plan production work with realistic targets and deadlines.
- Manage the end-to-end project life cycle from client briefing to delivery, ensuring operational clarity for all teams.
- Proactively communicate updates on changing project priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
- Plan ahead and manage resources efficiently on a day-to-day and hour-to-hour basis.
- Act as a taskmaster, defining and communicating milestones across teams.
- Provide quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team.
- Manage asset trafficking and client feedback loops.
- Track project changes and assess their impact on scope, cost, and timelines.
- Review project hours burn reports for accuracy and risks.
- Support strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Serve as the main lead client point-of-contact on all projects.
- Collaborate with Account Management to escalate client issues and mitigate risk.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the creative team for their success.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and evaluate project performance with the support of Account Management.
- Annual salary: CAD 80,000–90,000
- Position type: Temporary, full-time schedule
- Contract duration: through October 31, 2026, with the potential to convert to FTE based on performance and business needs
