Store Manager

Our client is an established Canadian specialty apparel retailer seeking a Store Manager to lead its Fredericton location. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a hands-on retail leadership opportunity for a commercially minded manager who enjoys developing people, driving sales and creating an exceptional in-store customer experience. The Store Manager will take ownership of overall store performance, working alongside the team on the sales floor while ensuring strong execution across sales, service, merchandising, inventory and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the store, with accountability for sales, productivity and customer experience.
• Coach the sales team through regular observation, feedback and hands-on development on the floor.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail leadership experience; Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or comparable experience would be highly relevant.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone who operates like an owner rather than simply managing a schedule.

Competitive Salary range of $50k-$60k plus monthly bonus, annual incentive trip, benefits, RRSP program and 3 weeks vacation to start.
