Role Details When you volunteer at the Canadian Cancer Society you have real impact. The Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure is a volunteer-led event and the largest breast cancer fundraiser in Canada. Join us on event day in your local community. You can choose a specific role and shift(s) based on availability Description The Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure is a 5k or 1k walk or run
This year’s event will be taking place on Sunday, October 4th, 2026
Tasks for this role include:

• Must be 19+
• Should be able to lift at least 10 lbs- some lifting of t-shirt boxes required
• Welcoming participants picking up t-shirts on Run Day
• Distribute t-shirts by colour and size
• Answer questions about Run Day with a friendly attitude
• Provide warm, detail-oriented customer service
