Your role and responsibilities
The After-Sales Support Specialist in Spectroscopy is responsible for providing technical assistance and support via phone or email to customers using our analyzers. They address technical issues, conduct user training, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities
The After-Sales Support Specialist in Spectroscopy is responsible for providing technical assistance and support via phone or email to customers using our analyzers. They address technical issues, conduct user training, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Main Duties:
- Diagnose and resolve issues remotely.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and propose suitable solutions.
- Perform tasks in compliance with established standards, guidelines, work processes, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with customer service activities related to the ICOS product line (Sensi +).
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding the service department's sales targets.
- Train customers on the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, commercial) to improve products and services.
Qualifications for the role
- Degree in physical engineering or a bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, electronics, or other related fields.
- Alternatively, a DEC in physics, chemistry, electronics, or other related fields with 3 years of relevant experience in technical support, after-sales service, or maintenance of scientific instruments.
- Knowledge of spectroscopy analysis is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of English and French (written and spoken). French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Strong communication skills, customer satisfaction focus, attention to order and quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to train and support customers.
