Position Overview

Rennaï, an innovative luxury beauty store, is seeking a Café / Bar Supervisor to oversee our intimate and elegant café space located within our 36,000 sq.ft flagship boutique at Royalmount. This key role merges high-end hospitality with well-being, retail, and customer experience. You will lead daily operations, manage the barista team, and coordinate events and partnerships. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the café team (scheduling, training, on-floor leadership)
  • Deliver an elevated and warm customer experience in line with Rennaï’s luxury standards
  • Ensure consistent beverage quality and uphold hygiene and cleanliness across the café area
  • Manage inventory, supply orders, and vendor relationships in collaboration with logistics and finance teams
  • Work closely with the retail team to deliver a seamless beauty-wellness-café experience
  • Coordinate food & beverage logistics for in-store events (product launches, masterclasses, brand collaborations)
  • Support and co-create café activations with guest brands, creators, and lifestyle partners
  • Monitor café performance (sales, customer feedback, KPIs) and report regularly to the Operations & Logistics Director

Skills And Experience You Will Need

  • Proven experience leading a team in a premium café/bar or lifestyle/hospitality setting
  • Professional appearance with a sharp eye for detail and a strong customer focus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative mindset with natural leadership and a proactive attitude
  • Passion for wellness, client service, specialty beverages (coffee, tea, mocktails, etc.)
  • Interest in beauty, luxury, and creating memorable customer experiences
