Atlas Canada is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and versatile candidate to join our Financial Services team! The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
The Billing Coordinator's duties include the following
- Review required documents per customer type, for the distribution of revenue to participating Agents.
- Ensure all pricing policies and procedures are applied.
- Understand and use relevant billing system to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice.
- Investigate and process any billing adjustment requests from Agents or Customers.
- Liaise with Agents and internal departments to obtain relevant authorizations for billing.
- Distribute invoice to all customer accounts daily.
- Provide information and support to Finance department to resolve collection issues.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Analytical and detailed oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office Excel/Outlook and billing systems.
- Post secondary diploma, 2 years of work-related experience and/or equivalent combination.
