Recruitment Administrator - 8 months contract

Emterra Group is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our recruitment team and help manage the hiring process from start to finish. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact on our recruitment efforts

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job ads on various job boards and platforms.
  • Help schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the recruitment team in reviewing resumes and applications, providing initial screening.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and records accurately.
  • Assist in managing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Handle general recruitment inquiries and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and suggesting new ideas for efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Post Secondary (in process) in a related field or experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using recruitment software (experience with ATS is a plus, but not essential).
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
