As a member of the Global Compensation team, the Compensation Analyst will be an important member of a small team with giant impact to the entire organization. In this position, you will participate in the design, implementation and execution of all global compensation programs, providing administrative and analytical support.

YOUR IMPACT
As a member of the Global Compensation team, the Compensation Analyst will be an important member of a small team with giant impact to the entire organization. In this position, you will participate in the design, implementation and execution of all global compensation programs, providing administrative and analytical support.
What The Role Offers
- Providing administrative and analytical support in the implementation and administration of compensation programs which are aligned to the global rewards strategy and corporate compensation philosophy:
- Participate in the administration of the annual merit review process with a focus on supporting the planning cycle tools and systems.
- Participate in salary survey submission process; manage survey matchings and analyze market data to establish salary ranges ensuring market competitiveness.
- Conduct job evaluations, provide support in updating, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of the job architecture framework.
- Assist with pay transparency and pay equity related research, policy making.
- Assist regional compensation team with country specific compensation matters as needed.
- Work with compensation leads to assist the business with analytical assignment and consulting projects as needed.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor degree, preferable in business management.
- Some experience and knowledge of compensation programs – design, implementation and execution
- Detail oriented with a passion for analytics.
- Experience using Excel spreadsheets.
