We're on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our strategic finance team and support our Digital and Facilities business units.
As the Director, you'll lead a team to support budgets, forecasts, month-end processes, and all contract and business case analyses. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders on CAPEX approvals and business cases, partnering with our SVP and several VPs to ensure financial accuracy and budget compliance.

What The Role Offers
- Build and support bottoms-up budgets and forecasts to support OPEX of more than $650M
- Manage complex budgets – more than 3000 contracts
- Work closely with the business to develop a deep understanding of costs and cost drivers
- Manage month-end and ensure books are closed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide strong analysis on spend to Chief Digital Officer
- Build new business case process to support renewal and new software contracts
- Oversee and support analysis of all new spend in CDO to ensure value for money
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A at a senior level, preferably with large multinational organizations.
- Accounting designation required. Preference for CPA, CA
- Proven self-starter with the ability to balance multiple tasks of competing priorities in a changing and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively facilitate or lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience interacting with senior management and executive levels with a proven ability to assess business risk and escalate to management with appropriate alternatives.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a high attention to detail.
