Executive Assistant

Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is looking to hire a Business Assistant (Executive Assistant) on a full-time contract basis, working out of the Toronto, Mississauga, or Waterloo area.

The Main Responsibilities For This Position Include

• Supporting 2 corporate executives with their daily schedules and operations in an organized manner, keeping in mind hierarchy and prioritization of tasks
• Tasks will include:
• Expense management
• Calendar management
• Meeting administration support (agenda management, creating slide decks, and taking notes)
• Event coordination
• Onboarding/offboarding team members
• Coordinating and attending monthly Town Halls in all 3 locations: Toronto, Mississauga, and Waterloo
  
  

Qualifications For This Role Are

• 2 -3 years of experience supporting executives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Experienced with MS Office Suite - including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel to all 3 office locations as needed
  
  
  

Environment/Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
• This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to sit in any of the 3 offices: Mississauga, Toronto, Waterloo, but must be willing to travel between offices as needed
  
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
