About the Role:

We are seeking for a new talent to join our team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in a client project, that focusses on ensuring workplace safety and providing insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Guidewire Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle.

Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Master proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter is required.

Expert level of proficiency in Guidewire Digital Portals is recommended. GuideWire Integration with Master proficiency, Application Architecture Design with Master proficiency, Build Management with Master proficiency, and Agile Software Development Lifecycle with Master proficiency are suggested skills.

Lead the software development team in implementing innovative solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in software development processes.

Collaborate with Offshore Team (as applicable) for creation and review of Technical Design, Documentation, Code Development and other development activities.

Support the delivery team to create, complete internal review and submission of Document Deliverables and related acceptance criteria checklist.

Here’s What You Need:

Bachelor degree or diploma or equivalent

Atleast 5+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter

Atleast 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.

Atleast 4+ years of full life cycle Guidewire implementations.

2+ years of experience in large-scale, full-life cycle Service Oriented Architecture implementations.

Proven experience in integration and data migration solution designs.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
