We are seeking a licensed and experienced HVAC Service Technician to lead installations, service, and troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential settings. This is a hands-on role that requires advanced knowledge of control systems and the ability to work independently while mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot stand-alone control systems and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems
• Perform system checks and preventative maintenance
• Provide mentorship and training to apprentices
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure top-tier service
• Maintain detailed service records and follow safety protocols
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC installation and service
• Valid 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Certificate (Ontario compulsory trade license)
• G3 gas license minimum requirement
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, control systems, and VRF systems
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to high work standards
• Strong communication skills and willingness to mentor junior technicians
• Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record
