Your Impact: As an Industrial Millwright, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our plant and machinery are always running at peak performance. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Keep Us Running Smoothly: Perform routine maintenance and prevent unexpected downtime with your keen eye for detail.
  • Solve Problems on the Fly: Your troubleshooting skills will be put to the test as you diagnose and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
  • Precision & Perfection: Whether installing pipework, aligning gears, or replacing bearings, your work will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Your innovative ideas and proactive approach will support our ongoing improvement initiatives, helping us stay ahead of the curve.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience Matters: With 5-8 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment, you know your way around heavy-duty machinery.
  • Certified Professional: You hold a Red Seal certification as a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic and have completed a recognized apprenticeship.
  • Problem-Solver & Team Player: You’re not just good at what you do—you’re great at communicating, collaborating, and finding solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Savvy: Your ability to read blueprints, work in confined spaces, and handle complex machinery makes you an invaluable asset.
  • Proficient and comfortable operating machinery to lift and move heavy equipment
  • Capable of climbing and working safely on an 8-foot ladder
