About the Opportunity:

Provide leadership, oversight, and direction for all aspects of HR operations designed to foster a highly engaged, high performance work culture, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, HR planning and employee training and development. We are seeking someone who is not only an outstanding human resources leader, but someone who is very comfortable working in a rapidly growing technology organization.


Responsibility:

Talent:

  • Build and manage talent strategy to include go-to-market, employer branding, referral programs, technology workflows, etc.
  • Manage and lead the full-cycle recruitment process including working closely with the leadership team to identify human resource needs, finding and hiring top notch candidates in the highly competitive technology sector to ensure sufficient staffing levels and quality are met. This includes drafting and sending offer letters, negotiations, conducting background checks, and managing approval workflows and open position budgets.
  • Build out and manage internal headhunting capabilities and other strategic and creative methods of recruitment and finding top talent
  • Manage job posting strategy, advertising campaigns, and partner with marketing on messaging and to ensure accurate and compelling messaging
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
  • Manage, report on and meet department KPIs, specifically new hire success rates.
  • Where applicable, partner with external stakeholders to complete strategy including schools for campus recruitment, agencies, LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs etc.
  • Working directly with the VP of People and Culture, to manage and work within hiring budget, track and manage KPIs, and track and manage all open roles, timelines, replacement hires etc.
  • Researching, planning and implementing appropriate Human Resource Services and initiatives to further organizational objectives
  • Evaluating, and revising as necessary, human resources programs and initiatives, to ensure overall human resource strategic goals are met
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to foster employee engagement and improve morale
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employees.
  • Build relationships with managers and employees to provide training and support as needed
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and country specific regulations as it pertains to recruitment and data privacy
  • Lead and support People and Culture projects aligned with strategic objectives


Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP) designation nice to have
  • 5-7 years progressive experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with the skill of multitasking and prioritizing in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including demonstrated ability to motivate staff
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be well disciplined, self-directed and organized


Nice to Have Qualification:

  • Knowledge and/or experience with the Information Technology Sector
  • Ideally you speak a second language beyond English – if so, tell us about it.
