Our client is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst specializing in business process mapping and requirements gathering to drive operational efficiency of an internal large and complex enterprise application.

Must Have Skills
- Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment – 8 years
- Experience reviewing, evaluating, and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design – 4 years
- Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows – 8 years
- Experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications – 8 years
- Experience implementing content/document/information management processes in applications – 8 years
- Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of UAT plans and status reporting – 6 years
- Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles – 4 years
- Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across ministries or departments – 4 years
- Experience developing project documents for strategic, IT, and business initiatives – 4 years
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing in large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments – 4 years
- Analyze and translate complex business/functional requirements into high-level system functionality aligned with enterprise architecture
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct gap analysis between current and future states
- Create and review user stories, personas, journey maps, system use cases, and flow diagrams
- Document and validate functional requirements with SMEs and create detailed requirement specifications
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to design modular applications based on business capabilities
- Support IT solution design and validate outcomes through user acceptance testing
- Assist with system documentation and recommend business process or policy enhancements
- Support change management and training for complex program changes
- Liaise with security/privacy teams for threat risk and privacy impact assessments
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and status reporting
