ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE
Under the direction of the Life Enrichment Manager is responsible to assist in the implementation of Life Enrichment programs to enhance the physical, cultural, social, spiritual, intellectual and emotional well-being of the residents.
Background/Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 education. Experience and/or training working with Older Adults is essential. Must be proficient in the use of technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate both orally and written in English. Due to the fluid nature of our department needs to demonstrate the need to be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Implements recreation programs for the residents.
- Promotes resident awareness and participation in leisure and recreation programs.
- Assists in planning, organizing, and developing special events.
- Keeps inventory of supplies and materials as needed for programs under the direction of the Life Enrichment Manager.
- Complies with all relevant corporate policies and procedures.
- Completes all requires annual mandatory training/education.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
