Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate services within your assigned portfolio.
  • Manage staff and resources efficiently.
  • Provide leadership and consultative advice in clinical care, operational, and administrative activities.
  • Ensure services are delivered effectively, aligning with strategic directions and organizational values.


Starting Salary: $146,529 - $159,875, based on education, training, experience, and comparable positions.

Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing plus five years of recent related experience and post-basic education in management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
