GardaWorld is looking for Mobile Security Officers to service our customer sites in Victoria. You will be responsible for ensuring the security of our clients’ properties and answering alarms during patrols. If you are seeking a job where no two days are the same, this one is for you!

- Full-time schedule overnight : Tuesday - Thursday 8pm-7am and Friday 10pm - 7am

- Mobile and foot patrols, along with static presence on sites
- Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
- Deterring and responding to incidents on property
- Responding to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapment/intrusion alarms)
- Communicating regularly with patrons/clients
- Completing reports and memo book entries on a regular basis
- Patrolling in a variety of settings including but not limited to condominiums, commercial properties and malls
- Valid BC Security Guard license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Mobile Security experience (preferred)
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean record
- Above average communication skills (written and oral)
- Computer skills and ability to write reports
- Team spirit and excellent customer service
