- Oversee daily site operations, including gatehouse, sorting, and loading
- Ensure systems run efficiently and meet performance targets
- Minimize handling and operational costs
- Improve truck turnaround times
- Identify and propose operational improvements
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor and maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility
- Prepare and analyze budgets and operational data
- Lead, train, and evaluate employees; support a positive team environment
- Conduct safety meetings and provide staff training
- Submit required reports on time
- Directly supervise 4–5 full-time employees
- Indirectly oversee 40–45 full-time employees
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or High School Diploma/GED (accredited) with 4 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
- Experience leading a team of 4–5 salaried employees, including managers and supervisors (preferred)
