Mammoet is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Operations team at the Edmonton branch. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support the planning and execution of personnel and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources. What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Plan and schedule personnel, equipment, and accommodations using internal systems and SAP
- Coordinate daily operations, including equipment, vehicle, operator, and crew assignments
- Liaise with field staff, clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure effective job planning
- Review and process timesheets, work orders, and reports in SAP
- Monitor equipment utilization and ensure compliance with labour agreements, certifications, and permitting requirements
- Prepare required permits and documentation to support equipment movements and regulatory compliance
- Support onboarding of new hires and ensure adherence to operational procedures and company standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to operational problem-solving
Job Qualifications
Education/Experience
- High school diploma
- Completed courses in dispatch, logistics, or planning is an asset
- Knowledge of the crane industry is an asset.
- Dispatch experience is an asset
- Comfortable with high pressure / short lead time 24 / 7 environment.
- Working knowledge of regulations in various districts, provinces, and states
- Working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and hours of service
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Situational awareness and safety focus
- Problem-solving under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Experience and industry knowledge
