Xona is launching a network of navigation satellites to enable precision technologies like robotic farming and hands-free driving to globally scale. More and more industries are moving towards automation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. In order to operate safely these technologies need far higher precision and reliability than GPS can provide, and they need it to be accessible and affordable. Xona’s patented PULSAR network takes all the complexity needed to achieve robust centimeter-level accuracy and moves it to the satellites, unlocking trusted precision guidance for even consumer grade devices, anywhere on Earth.

Xona is searching for a Product Manager to join us on our mission. As a member of this team, you’ll take ownership of the PULSAR ecosystem and will be responsible for managing and supporting the integration of Xona’s service into third-party devices, including GNSS receivers and simulators. The ideal candidate is a tactical problem-solver, comfortable operating at the speed of a modern startup. Key responsibilities will include:
Range for base salary: $100,000 -$120,000 CAD

Responsibilities
Xona is searching for a Product Manager to join us on our mission. As a member of this team, you’ll take ownership of the PULSAR ecosystem and will be responsible for managing and supporting the integration of Xona’s service into third-party devices, including GNSS receivers and simulators. The ideal candidate is a tactical problem-solver, comfortable operating at the speed of a modern startup. Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all partner organizations. You will lead and manage ecosystem integrations, ensuring the successful adoption of Xona’s PULSAR service in GNSS simulators, receivers, and other third-party user equipment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including technology providers, integrators, and certification bodies. You’ll motivate partners, chase down loose ends and knock down roadblocks as needed to deliver results.
- Overseeing our certification pipeline. You’ll develop the necessary processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal technical teams, including engineering and software development, to identify and resolve technical challenges during integration. You’ll diligently monitor project progress and roll-up your sleeves when required.
- Gathering intel to inform the broader product roadmap, so that PULSAR evolves with partner considerations in mind.

- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques internes, y compris l'équipe d’ingénierie et de développement de logiciels, pour identifier et résoudre tous défis techniques. Vous suivrez avec diligence l'avancement des projets et vous n’hésiterez pas de retrousserez vos manches lorsque nécessaire.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in the aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or GNSS industries.
- A willingness to quickly develop a strong technical understanding of GNSS, satellite navigation, and positioning technologies.
- Experience working with third-party device integrations, including simulators, receivers, and other user equipment.
- A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external partners.
- Exceptional communication skills. Fluent in French and English, with the ability to support both local and global partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate unstructured environments.
- Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou dans un domaine technique connexe.

- Expérience de travail avec l’intégrations de systèmes, y compris des simulateurs, des récepteurs et d'autres équipements utilisateur.
- Capacité d’établir de solides relations avec des partenaires externes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec la capacité d'assister les partenaires locaux et internationaux.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec la confiance nécessaire pour évoluer dans des environnements non structurés.
- Les candidats retenus doivent obtenir et maintenir une cote de sécurité au niveau de la cote de fiabilité («?Reliability Status?»), et réussir l'évaluation de sécurité pour le Programme des marchandises contrôlées (PMC) («?Controlled Goods?») et l'ITAR (« International Traffic in Arms Regulation »).
