Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Project Assistant to support the administration of water, wastewater and water resources stormwater projects, working across multiple client accounts, technical teams and project managers as part of our Water team.
In this position, you'll engage in project-specific tasks such as preparing and reviewing documents for client submission, monitoring project progress, compiling contract reports for management, coordinating meetings, overseeing schedules, helping manage budgets, and handling routine project-related communications across multiple teams. You will be preparing documents for client submission and working with our standard templates and modifying as necessary

The salary range for this position is $25.44-$38.16. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Role accountabilities:
- Assist Project Teams with various non-technical and technical deliverables throughout the project phases
- Assist Project Managers with invoice preparation and development of backup materials.
- Regular use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional Suite, and other technical platforms to aid in:
- Preparing, proofreading, formatting, and assembling of deliverables.
- Uploading deliverables to client sites.
- Development and maintenance of electronic project team SharePoint sites.
- Perform work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and manage multiple/simultaneous deadlines.
- Perform file management and various other document controls related duties as needed.
- Prepare sophisticated reports (MS Word) and spreadsheets, conducting a high level of quality control of documents following the guidelines associated with large municipal clients.
Qualifications & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years' relevant experience in specialist area of work
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced professional services setting
