The Project Scheduler / Lead is responsible for developing, updating, and managing project schedules using critical path method (CPM) tools. This role collaborates with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and engineers to monitor progress, identify delays, and ensure on-time delivery for complex infrastructure projects.

Job Overview:
The Project Scheduler / Lead is responsible for developing, updating, and managing project schedules using critical path method (CPM) tools. This role collaborates with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and engineers to monitor progress, identify delays, and ensure on-time delivery for complex infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop baseline schedules and logic sequences using Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Conduct monthly schedule updates and progress reviews with project teams
- Generate 3-week lookaheads, Gantt charts, and resource-loaded schedules
- Identify critical path activities and perform time impact analyses
- Support claims development and schedule recovery planning
- Provide reporting and visuals for internal and client-facing meetings
- Collaborate with estimating teams on schedule input during bid phase
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience; heavy civil background preferred
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control systems
- Understanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods
- Strong communication and analytical skills
