Remote Sales Representative

About the Opportunity

Hiremize is building a select network of independent sales professionals to connect with top-tier remote sales roles across industries such as insurance, fintech, and tech-enabled services.

We work directly with businesses looking to strengthen their sales teams by connecting them with contracted sales professionals who can drive growth and support revenue goals. As a Remote Sales Representative, successful candidates will be evaluated based on their skills, mindset, and interests, then matched with business clients that best fit their profile.

This is a fully remote position where you will support businesses with their sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has the ability to generate leads, close deals, and deliver excellent client service. More experienced professionals may be eligible for additional compensation structures, including commission, bonuses, and performance incentives.

Top performers may also be considered for managerial roles at Hiremize or other internal advancement opportunities based on demonstrated results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging and qualifying leads (cold and warm)
• Delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Managing the full sales process from outreach to close
• Participating in training, mentorship, and ongoing development
• Maintaining professionalism, compliance, and consistent performance

What You Need to Succeed

• Legally authorized to work full-time in Canada
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working remotely; highly self-motivated and accountable
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable operating in performance-driven environments
• Sales experience is an asset—but not required
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an asset—but not required
• Willingness to obtain relevant licensing (for some placements)
